1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SmartForm ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SmartForm provides an AI-native intelligent form platform that enables users to:
- Create forms using AI or drag-and-drop builder
- Collect responses via text, voice, image, or doodle input
- Use AI for field extraction, contradiction detection, and data analysis
- Integrate with third-party services via webhooks
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Provide accurate account information
- Be at least 16 years old
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us of any unauthorized access
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Not transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
5. AI Features
Our AI features include:
- Form Generation: AI generates form structures based on your description
- Theme Generation: AI creates visual themes based on your brand
- Field Extraction: AI extracts structured data from unstructured input
- Contradiction Detection: AI identifies when users correct themselves
- Natural Language Query: AI converts questions into database queries
AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs.
6. Multi-Modal Input
When using voice, image, or doodle input:
- Voice recordings are processed via third-party speech-to-text services
- Images are processed for OCR and text extraction
- Data is processed temporarily and not persistently stored after extraction
7. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All payments are one-time purchases of AI generation credit packs and do not involve automatic recurring charges or subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Pay the full amount for your chosen credit pack
- Use purchased credits within 30 days of purchase
- Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
8. Credit Packs and Usage
- Credit packs provide a set number of AI generations
- Credits expire 30 days after purchase
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Credits are consumed on a per-generation basis
9. Billing
All purchases are one-time payments. You will not be charged automatically for subsequent purchases. To continue using premium AI features after your credits expire, simply purchase a new credit pack.
10. Limitation of Liability
SmartForm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any damages arising from the use of our service
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party service failures
11. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit through forms. We claim no ownership over your form data. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
